Hospitalist Position
Scottsdale Healthcare (SHC) offers an employed model or private practice model to provide hospitalist services. Each hospital offers a unique practice environment for hospitalist to provide services at this highly sought healthcare system. The Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitalist Program is driven by quality, not quantity.
Option for Base Salary plus quality bonus or Revenue plus quality bonus further accommodates an individual physician ability to manage variance in daily patient census and number of days worked per month. The average number of shifts per month is 16 to 18. All programs are tied to a quality incentive bonus.
Program goals are measured in accordance with CMS Core Measures and SHM recommended Guidelines to achieve the highest level of patient care and medical staff satisfaction.
