    For the past four years, Trek has served as the outsourced Physician Recruitment arm for a three hospital system, which included implementation of an employed physician network to include the hiring of 30 hospitalists, physician staffing to requirements to meet the ACS Level 1 Trauma Verification and the opening of a new hospital. Through this relationship, Trek has worked as integral team member with all senior physician and administrative staff and gained a unique understanding of the internal challenges of leading an organization through change.
